Wonder Room Birthday & Event Rental
Our play space will keep your little ones busy with lots of indoor room to play designed for ages 8 and under. Book an unforgettable birthday or special event in our play space. You'll receive the entire Wonder Room for three hours to celebrate your little ones special day! Let your little ones adventure, learn, and play their hearts out on a climate-controlled playground. Whether it's a birthday party, a parent meetup, or a special event, we've got you covered with our padded floor indoor playground. Parties not to exceed 25 guests including everyone 6 weeks +
All parties will be monitored by on site staff
Your party host will greet you and your guests, we will go over the party flow confirming all the details and ensure waivers are signed by all guests. At your discretion, the party host will help with decorating of the party room, maintain the party schedule and help with clean up. Your three-hour party reservation includes 30 minutes for set up, 2 hours of party time and 30 minutes for cleanup.

Wonder Room Rental Payment & Policy Agreement
1. A non-refundable/nontransferable payment is required when booking the party to secure the reservation of the party. Please be advised that without payment, parties cannot be held or reserved. DATE OR TIME MAY NOT BE CHANGED OR FULL DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND LOST.
2. You are given 30 minutes prior to your party start time for setup of the room. It is essential that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled party time. Departure of guests and cleanup of the room will begin promptly with 30 minutes remaining until the end of your allotted time, and you will be given 30 minutes for clean-up time. Be prepared to leave on time.
3. Any time taken beyond your scheduled booking will result in a $50 additional fee for every extra 30 minutes you stay on the premises. If your party stays later than your scheduled time, an additional charge will be added to your final bill.
4. All children and adults attending the party are included in the party package.
5. Party will not exceed 25 guests including all children and adults over 6 weeks of age. No other persons will be permitted to enter once capacity has been reached.
6. If due to a weather alert or other major episode on or around the date of your reserved party, you feel the need to cancel your party, Wonderbees Childcare Center LLC reserves the right to withhold any deposit.
7. All Character Parties, Special guests, Artists, Entertainers are allowed to come to your party at your own cost.
8. Each guest must have their waiver form signed before entering the Wonder Room.
9. You are welcome to bring your own foods and drinks from outside. Glassware, alcoholic beverages, and heating devices (i.e., coffee pots, chafing dishes, crock pots, popcorn poppers, microwaves or hot plates) are NOT allowed in the facility. Remember to bring your own paper plates, utensils, cups, matches, scissors, and wall removable taps. Food and Drinks are not allowed at any time on the play mats.
10. ONLY wall removable taps and painters tape are allowed to use for the decoration.
11. Guest are not to enter any part of the building excpet the Wonder Room and attached Bathroom.
12. No alcoholic beverages or smoking permitted.
13. The person(s) booking the party are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of all the invited children. Please ensure that all guests are respecting the rules and procedures of the playground so the facility will be a safe place for everyone. All food and drinks should stay off the play mats.
14. All guests entering the facility must sign our liability waiver whether they are 8 weeks or 80 years old. Guests will receive a wrist band once the waiver has been completed
15. Children over the age of 8 must interact in the Wonder Room as a helper of a younger player and not as a player themselves. The adult booking the party will be held responsible for the behavior of all children over the age of 8 and an excessive wear and tear charge of ($25) per child will be charged for any older children not following these guidelines.
16. We are a peanut-free facility, no peanuts or peanut products are allowed on site.
17. Wonderbees staff will at no point be responsible for children or providing childcare.
18. Shoes are not allowed in the play area. All adults and children must wear socks when entering the play area (by health code).
19. Parents and guardians – not Wonderbees Childcare Center staff – are responsible for children and must remain on site at all times.
20. All guests must wash or sanitize their hands before entering the play area.
21. Wonderbees Childcare Center is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Please keep track of your belongings.
22. Children should not climb up slides, or onto any tables or chairs.
23. You are responsible for running/organizing your own child’s party.
